Downtown New Brunswick could see the addition of ten new affordable housing units and a case management office, pending approval from the Zoning Board of Adjustment. CHM III LLC has proposed two low-rise buildings at 45 Remsen Ave., seeking variances for building height and lot dimensions. Despite meeting some requirements, the project faces challenges with parking and electric vehicle spaces, highlighted in public documents ahead of the board's July 22 meeting.
